About Andrea

Over the last 22 years I've been Blessed to help Families buy & sell Real Estate in the Low Country. I have met the most wonderful “Friends” aka Residential / Commercial Buyer’s & Seller’s, my relationships have been endless and much appreciated. My Clients/Friends invited me to their weddings, birthday parties, children graduations/christenings/births, cookouts and even church. I even sometimes get call for decorating ideas, business venture ideas and successful endeavors to help them celebrate. I have sold to my “Friends”‘ children, family members and their own personal friends as well.

85% of business comes from referrals of the clients/relationships built over the years with my “Friends”! I could not think of a better name for my business that my “Friends aka Buyer’s & Seller’s” help build with/for me. Who am I? For those who have not made it to the “Friends” list yet, I started Real Estate in September of 1998 when I decided to follow my dream. I am a native New Yorker with 4 grown children (1 son n law/1 daughter n law) and 15 grandchildren (1 grandson n law). I love God with all my heart, I like to sing and I Love selling Real Estate. I am married and have been for the last 39 years to a retired Navy (Sailor) Boatswaine Mate. I Trust God with everything I do, every decision I make is based on Prayer and following what God has for my life! What most people don’t know about me… Not much, I am an open book!
